Do I need to visit an office, or is everything handled online?
Everything is handled online. You can send documents securely via email or WhatsApp, and we deliver completed paperwork digitally — no branch visits required.
Which parts of South Africa do you service?
All nine provinces. Because our service delivery is 100% online, we support clients in major cities, towns and rural areas equally.

How often will I receive financial statements?
Monthly, as part of our standard bookkeeping retainer — including management accounts, cash flow summaries, and debtors/creditors reports.
Can you take over bookkeeping mid-year from another accountant?
Yes. We'll review your existing records, reconcile where necessary, and pick up your books from wherever they currently stand.
Do you handle payroll, including PAYE, UIF and SDL?
Yes — payslip generation, PAYE/UIF/SDL administration, EMP201 submissions and EMP501 reconciliations are all part of our payroll service.
How long does a new Pty Ltd registration take?
Typically 1–3 business days once we have your required documents and details, subject to CIPC processing times.
My company was deregistered by CIPC — can it be reinstated?
In most cases, yes. We handle CIPC reinstatements, resolve outstanding returns, and correct compliance gaps to get your business back in good standing.
What happens if I miss my CIPC Annual Return?
Outstanding annual returns can lead to penalties and eventual deregistration. We offer proactive filing reminders and can resolve overdue returns before they escalate.
Do I need to register for VAT?
VAT registration becomes compulsory once your taxable turnover exceeds the SARS threshold in a 12-month period; voluntary registration is possible below that. We'll assess your situation and register you correctly.
What is a Tax Clearance Certificate / Tax Compliance Status, and why do I need one?
It's SARS' confirmation that your tax affairs are in order. Many tenders, contracts and funding applications require a valid TCS PIN — we maintain this for you proactively.
Can you help resolve outstanding SARS debt or penalties?
Yes, we assist with SARS profile corrections, payment arrangements and resolving disputes or outstanding returns causing debt or penalties.
What is CIDB registration and do I need it?
CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) registration and grading is required for contractors wanting to tender on construction-related government and private projects. We also assist with related NHBRC registrations and BBBEE registration.
How do I upgrade my CIDB grading?
Upgrades are based on your financial capacity and completed project track record. We help prepare and submit the required documentation for a grade upgrade.
Do you handle PSIRA registration for security companies?
Yes — new PSIRA registrations, renewals and related compliance documentation are all part of our Security Industry services.
What's the difference between CIDB, PSIRA and CSD registration?
CIDB is specific to construction contractors and their grading. PSIRA registration is a legal requirement for security service providers. CSD (Central Supplier Database) is the general government supplier database required for most public sector tenders across all industries.
